The website does not operate as an automated payment-gateway cart; all custom jewellery purchases, bespoke commissions, and gemstone selections are concluded through direct consultation with our workshop.

2. Indicative Metal Rates & Quotations

Metal rates published on this website represent daily indicative market benchmarks for 24K, 22K, 18K gold, 999 silver, and artisan bronze in Tamil Nadu. Bullion markets fluctuate throughout the trading day. The final gold rate applied to an order is locked upon physical booking and advance deposit as recorded on your official printed order receipt.

3. Weight & Handcrafting Tolerances

Because our traditional jewellery is hand-forged using manual nakshi, chasing, and stone-setting techniques rather than mass die-casting, final piece weights may vary marginally (±2% to ±4%) from design specifications. Billing is computed strictly on the certified final net metal weight as weighed on electronic scales.

4. BIS Hallmarking & Certification

All 22K and 18K gold articles crafted by our goldsmiths undergo mandatory Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) hallmarking featuring the official BIS triangle mark, 916 purity mark, and a unique 6-digit laser alphanumeric HUID identifier.

5. Jurisdiction

All disputes and transactions are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu, India.
